2007 Vauxhall Zafira Fulty fuel pump regulator
2007 Vauxhall Zafira 6 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic 16000 miles
I bought my car from Evans Hashaw a main Vauxhall dealer in May 2008 .The car was registered in Sept 2007. For the second time in the last 3 months the car has lost speed a came to a halt , last Friday in the middle lane of a 3 lane highway.
the dealer claimed to have fixed the carwith a new regulator, but I com plained the car could be lethal. so they have sent it to Vuxhall's diagnostic workshop and have given me a rented car for 2 weeks. We have children and a 3 month baby. we are afraid to take back such a faulty car.
Can we ask for our money back under the Sale of Goods Act
