does it open using the key ?

my zafira 2007 has same problem but my boot doesn't have key for boot lever only

Remove the interior panel from the boot door and manually unlock/open the door (not an easy task with the door closed but it can be done) to discover the actual cause of the fault or get an autoelectrician to check out the doors electric's .. most dealsers will be able to open the door for you ...

victoria 68 had same problem with mine and it was a fuse took it to local vauxhall garage and they replaced free of charge as under warranty
