2004 Vauxhall Zafira front brakes
Brakes problem
2004 Vauxhall Zafira 4 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic 28000 miles
with thanks to daveh for answering my last question.
However since replacing the pads there is now excess pedal travel that seems to take at least two presses to feel normal. I know there is a certain amount of "bedding in" but this feels different to other cars I have done. I checked and copied each side before refitting but somthing doesnt seem right.
Any help appreciated!

next time you reply could you please use the same post as before using the reply button below this way I am notified when you reply .. I did not know you had reposted hence the delay in replying... You may have got a little air in the lines when you repositioned the caliper pistons back .. try bleeding the brake lines !!
hope this helps
