2003 Vauxhall Vectra 6 cyl Two Wheel Drive Manual

hi, i have a proble with the blower switch when i turn it on number 1,2,or 3 there is nothing hapening but when u turn to number 4 it blows fall power ??? plz help it drives me made havein everything or nothing thanks
