ENGINE TURNS OVER BUT NO COMPRETION TO START ENGINE. CHECKED CAM CHAIN AND IS OK.

Check the timing marks are lined up correctly. The chain may have jumped ! Do you have no compression on any cylinder?.

If the cambelt is ok the timing marks should be already lined up? Have you replaced the belt? Did you check compression on all cylinders with a compression tester?
