2000 Vauxhall Vectra spongy pedal poor brakes

2000 Vauxhall Vectra 4 cyl Two Wheel Drive Manual 98000 miles
my car has had a new brake master cylinder servo discs pads allround front rubber pipes abs pump and the brakes are poor and the pedals spongy and near to the floor when pressed if you keep your foot pressed the pedal starts to creep away to the floor there is abit of a brake pedal but its on the floor and wat pedal is there creeps away when your foot is keeped pressed on brake pedal it has been bleed 4 times and same

If its not leaking-Recheck the brake master cylinder could be leaking internally if okay could be coming from the ABS unit
