hi i have a vauxhall fronterra v reg (2000) that is very slow at picking up speed espiecaly when in first gear (a snail could go faster ) once you get going and get into fith gear it is ok any idear what it could be please? i am a mother of 2 so need car for schhol runs please can you help thank you

have the clutch checked and have the engine serviced .. new plugs,wires,filters etc. etc.
