Electrical problem

Hi my ignition has completely failed. The ignition still thinks the key is in, resulting in the fob being inoperative and thus not allowing me to open my fuel cap, having to use the door to open the car.

My audio system has also failed, the stereo turns on but only crackling can be heard.

It is also allowing me to use the radio, electric windows etc when the key is not in the ignition... something which it didn't do before.
