2000 Vauxhall Corsa Front Wheel Drive Manual

hi, i had my car moted and the car failed on emissions, i have had the lambda sensor replaced and the garage said it hasnt brang the emissions down.
i took the car to another garage which put it on their diagnostic machine, and it came back with code P0130 which is the 02 sensor
i am stuck what to do next
