2000 Vauxhall Astra wont start

2000 Vauxhall Astra Two Wheel Drive Manual 124000 miles
hello having replaced fuel pump,checked key fob batterys,and obvious things our car is turning over but there is no ignition as though the car is immobilised. what would you suggest we try?

have the vehicle plugged into a diagnostic computer to retrieve fault codes from the cars computer this will tell you where the fault lies ! it could be immobolised .. is the light on the dash display constantly on/flashing .. ??
