v8 in s10

Just wondering how much work and what ive got to do to go from a 2.5 four cylinder to a 355 chevy v8 i would really like to have alot of input on what to do step by step if its possible so please please help me ive never done anything like this before and i really could use alot of knowledge from a true chevy mechanic so please let me know step by step

Don't even consider such a job. Your truck will end up on the side of the yard with a "For Sale As Is" sign in the window.

A truck that came from the factory with the V-6 would have stiffer front springs, a bigger radiator, heavy duty brakes, different engine mounts, different cross member, Engine Computer, wiring harness, exhaust, power steering hoses, air conditioning hoses, . . . Need I go on? A V-8 is heavier than a V-6.
