IM DRIVEN DOWN THE ROAD HURD WHAT SOUNDEWD LIKE A BLOW OUT POP LIKE TIRE BLEW OUT AS IMMA PULLING OVER TRK LOST ALL POWER GOT OUT TIRES OK CHECKED UNDER TRK FOR OIL PUDDLE NO PUDDLE CHECK DIP STICK NO WATER IN OIL IT TURNS OVER LIKE IT WANTS TO START AND WONT I CHANGED OUT THE RELAY SWITCH FOR THE FULE PUMP AND PUT A NEW FULE FILTER ON IT WE JUST GOT THIS TRUCK SO I DONT KNOW MUCH ABOUT IT RIGHT NOW ITS A VORTEX ENG. AT ONE POINT WHEN IT WAS TRYING TO START IT DID A LIL BACK FIRE BUT STILL AS ITS TRYING TO START IT HAS LIKE A LITTLE BIT OF BLACK SMOKE THAT IS COMMING OUT OF THE TAIL PIPE I DONT WANT TO HANG PARTS ON THIS BUT IMMA THINKING COIL. VOLTAGE REGULATOR. PLUGS AND WIRES. FULE PUMP. CATALYTIC CONVERTER JUST NOT SURE WHERE TO START

Scan for codes and check fuel pressure with a gauge first auto parts rent it.

Then you will have to check all your fuses underhood as well as in truck with a test light to get it able for a scanner to work. You have to do what I said in first reply in order to diagnose this. Also try another key if you have none as it may be a bad diode in yours.
