Turn signal and hazards wont work

My turn signals and hazards wont work. I have replaced the flasher relay, the turn signal switch, and fuses. I put new headlights and taillights on before all this happened and I went back and checked to see if the if any wires were grounded and the wire were not. I do not know what to do now please help.

Doe si thave a trailer harness? That could be the problem also there is a circuit board on the rear frame under box where all the wires connect that cold be bad and the ground on the left hand rear of frame may not be grounded good causing your problem. Try the ground first.
