Trouble shifting when accelerating out of a turn

When I make a turn without stopping and accelerate out of it, my car seems to fall out of gear; it kind of bucks. Usually it will shift after taking my foot off the gas and then accelerating. Sometimes, however, it will not shift and will just rev, or it will hard shift. At that point, pulling over and restarting fixes the problem. Does you know what this could be? No codes come up after the fact.

I would have a exhaust back pressure test done when its acting up.

I forgot to note that this problem does not consistently occur. Sometimes it's just fine when turning. Would exhaust back pressure problems be the culprit with such an irregular problem? Other than this occasional shifting issue, engine power is good, and fuel efficiency and temperature are normal.

I think you have codes but your diyer code reader just can't read them. If your car is shifting hard a you cycle the key and it shifts fine. You most likely have a code P1811 which would most likely be a bad line pressure actuator I have replaced tons of them on that car.
