Transmission malfunction

The battery light came on after 30 seconds, but was still charging at 14.3v until the light came on then dropped to 13.2. So removed battery. After removing the battery to be charged I replaced it then a fault came up. Transmission malfunction Engine malfunction and it will not do anything now.
