I need to know what line goes to what fitting on trans and cooler. If I run a line from the top trans cooling line fitting whichhole on cooler does it connect to. Which way does fluid run through system I think I may have them connected wrong running fluid out when should be ran in

No problem. The top line is the line that the fluid goes into the cooler. Then the bottom line goes back to the transmission with the cooler fluid.

I am attaching the info below on how to flush the cooler.

However, here is a guide that will help with checking the fluid which will need to be done after the flush plus how to service the unit:

https://www.2carpros.com/articles/how-to-check-and-add-transmission-fluid

https://www.2carpros.com/articles/how-to-service-an-automatic-transmission

Please see the details below from the manual on how to flush this and you will see the routing of the lines. The lower line will go to waste, but this is clearly showing the direction of flow.

Please let us know if you have any questions. Thanks
