1999 Toyota Vitz Car does not start when engine is hot

1999 Toyota Vitz Four Wheel Drive Automatic 70000 miles
I have Toyota Duet 1999 model. My car starts well when engine is cool. However, after a few minutes drive, if I switch off the engine, it does not start for about 20-25 minutes. After this much time, it starts again normally.
Can anyone help in this regard?
