Engine Cooling problem
1986 Toyota Van 4 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic 279000 miles
I have a 1986 Toyota LiteAce and occasionally when I start the van (may leave turned off for 1 day) the radiator light comes on and then the engine shuts off. The coolant is topped up. After I have tried to turn on the van several times the engine will run. I can drive the van around a little bit and this problem will be gone for the rest of the day. Does anyone know what is going on and how I can cheaply fix it.
