2004 Toyota Tundra Reversed battery

2004 Toyota Tundra V8 Four Wheel Drive Automatic 75000 miles

My truck got accidently jump started with thejumper cabled reversed on a dead battery.
Now with a good charged battery, it starts but the gas pedal has no control of engine speed. The RPM go up and down all the time by thitself. The truck cannot be driven. Where do I look?

check the Throttle Position Sensor crank shaft position and camshaft position sensors
