Vibration on highway

Hi,
I have Toyota Tercel 94 Sedan (1.5 L engine) and it has 125K miles on it. It vibrates if I run the car on highway above 65 mph. Is there any quick fix for this problem?

The other problem is it burns a lot of oil. It needs oils after every 2 weeks. There is no leakage but burning oil. I can see blue/white smoke when I start my car first time in the morning. I am going to try rislone ring seal as a quick fix. Can I run this car from middle of Oregon to Seattle, Washington?

How much is the worth of this car if I want to sell this out?

Thanks

Check the wheel balance on the vibration. MY crystal ball isn't telling me about the trip. Try http://www.KBB.com for the resale value.
