I have a 1996 Toyota Tercel. The Speedometer makes a big whirring noise accompanied by the needle going all over the place. It's gotten to point where the needle fell off the platform, which brings up another question: How do I put it back on?

What triggers the noise is when I drive the car for a while or when I hit a bump. The noise stops when the car stops.

Any idea on what I have to do?
