I have a 1994 Toyota Tercel Automatic 4 cyl., 4 wheel drive. The mileage is about 249000.

When I am stopped and the motor is running the A/C air gets hot. However, as soon as I get up to about 35 mph, it gets ice cold. What could be causing this?
