1999 Toyota Tercel Timing Belt & Water Pump

I just bought a 99 Tercel CE, auto, 4cyl, 1.5 Eng with 111,200km. The car was hardly driven over the last 3 years, previous owner bought it at 93,000km in 2006. It has been well kept, & maintained except the Water pump and Timing Belt has not been done. How soon should I consider doing this job and is there any other major maintainance I should do at this time.

Need to be done soon timing belt and pump
inspect and replace belts
check hoses
check tranny fluid and replace
check brakes and brake lines
check air filter
rotate tires
