1997 Toyota Tercel burning oil
Engine Mechanical problem
1997 Toyota Tercel 4 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic 125000 miles
My toyota has begun using about 2 quarts of oil every 3000 miles. there doesnt appear to be leaks. I have also noticed the past week or so that there is decreased power upon exceleration. there is no knocking in the engine except when oil needs to be added.
Is this something that can be simply fixed or should I retire the "old girl".
