I have a 96 Toyota Tercel, 4 cylinder, and I got a DTC of P0135 from my OBD II, which is O2 Heater Circuit (bank 1, sensor 1). I'm just trying to figure out which one that is so that I can replace it and i'm not sure which one it is?

This sensor is located in the exhaust pipe just ahead of the cat converter

I only see two sensors, one which is just after where the exhaust comes off the block and y's together and hten there is one that is half way back on the car just after the cat, so are you saying replace the one that is just past the block on the exhaust?
