Engine Performance problem
1996 Toyota Tercel 4 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic 108860 miles

Problem with acceleration hesitation at low speed (0-10 mph). Example: When I stop the car completely an accelerated it hesitate then the acceleration come back to normal. Spark plugs and cables are new, the only thing to change is the fuel filter, which normally I change every 12,000 miles. Hope someone can help!

P.S Change the fuel filter, same problem
