1996 Toyota Tercel CAM, s to crankshaft timing after replaci

I have installed head after having head serviced. Now I need to install both cam, s and set timing of cams to crank. I have a 1.5L engine with dual overhead cams and 16 valves. I have ordered a repair manual but I want to start now of course. Any diagrams of cam timing marks and position to crank timing mark would do my brain a lot of help
