Resetting proportioning valve

1986 Toyota Tercel 4 cyl Two Wheel Drive Manual
After pedal braking response decreased I realized that only the front right and left rear wheels were braking so, I replaced the master cylinder. I bench bled the master and want to know how to reset the proportioning valve so that all brakes work and I have yet to bleed from each wheel. Please give specifics and possible complications.
