The passenger window in my 2006 Pre-runner will not work. When the up/down activation switch on either door is activated the window will not go up or down and there is no indication (sound) that power is being applied to the window motor. The drivers side window motor works fine. Since both switches for the passenger window do not work I suspect the motor or a connection to it? Can you recommend a troubleshooting sequence and also where I can find some good illustrations for removing the door cover to access the motor? Appreciate any help. Thanks.

Since it is only one motor than it is easy to clear out faulty fuses or relays. Most likely it is the motor or wiring to the motor as you stated. The best way to test is just to remove door panel and supply 12v direct power to the window motor. If this doesn't make the motor run than it's shot. If it does run this way than wiring is the issue. Door panel removal steps are below..
