2004 Toyota Tacoma 6 cyl Four Wheel Drive Automatic

my light came on so I bought a code reader, it sowed 2 codes one was PO128 and the other said pending the disk that came with said air/fuel sensor so I replaced the 200.00 part reset the check light. Well the light came back on showing the same code.
