I am curious about the clicking noise that I get when I start my Heater or A/C. Is there anything I can do to fix this noise. I have dealt with it for a year now and its starting to get irritating. Please respond with any answers
thanks

Hello,

I suspect the clicking noise is the blend door actuator.
The blend door actuator what changes the flow of air from hot to cold and vise versa.
Many times they will have a fault in the actuator and it will keep making the clicking noise even though it is in one position.
The blend door actuator is located under the dash on the passenger side.

Here is a helpful article:

Please let me know of any questions.

Thank you.
