1995 Toyota Supra Lights staying on when car is off...?

Hopefully you can help?
When I turn my car of the lights stay on and wont go off till I disconnect the battery. It started with the indicator and now the headlights.
I had a similiar problem before with the lights and the dashboard lights that time and I changed the ignitation switch and it seemed to have worked until now. That was about 4-5 months ago.
Its hardly the same problem again?
There is a clifford alarm in it too, could that be causing the problem ?
