Proportioning valve
Brakes problem
1986 Toyota Supra 6 cyl Two Wheel Drive Manual 150000 miles
1986.5 Supra, Both front calipers locked up un me. I bled the system enough to remove to rt frnt from the rotor. This at the same time freed up the left side. I placed a c-clamp onto the right piston and with considerable force began to press caliper piston in. Resulted in left to lock up again. Did the same exercise over and over and it eventually got easier and left wheel quit locking up. I believe there is a faulty valve or a clog of some sort. Did I fix it? is there a way to back flush the lines? Do i need to replace the proportioning valve? could it be a master cylender problem?
