I recently had my battery, engine, and fuel tank replaced. Since I had those repaired there has been problems with acceleration. I will be at a complete stop and it will move forward and then jerk and stop, then moving forward. This also happens when I am driving with a little acceleration. One of my windows has also stopped rolling down. What do you think the problem is, and how much would it cost to fix? I would appreciate the help! I have put so much money in the car!

Is the transmission slipping? If not do below:

Inspect and test all the following

Oxygen sensor.
Catalytic converter.
Fuel injectors dirty/sticking.
Mass airflow sensor/Airflow meter.
Throttle position sensor.
Manifold absolute pressure sensor.
EGR Valve
Fuel pressure regulator leaking or defective fuel pump.
False air leakage.
Fuel contamination.
Foul/defective spark plugs.
Open spark plug wires.
Ignition coil/Coil packs defective.
Incorrect ignition timing.
Cap and rotor.

Note:If it doesn't apply disregard.
