Toyota Revo Condenser Problem

Aircon blower speed selector function only on 2 and high but with the same speed while low and 3 is not functioning.

I have experienced this once before. It can easily be remedied by replacing the whole airconditioning switch. Sometimes it is a problem with the compressor though. It happens when not enough heat is released via the condensing unit, or when the ice forms at the condenser. Ice can easily be remedied by warming up the car, or turning off your airconditioning system for a while and opening the windows, be careful of the mist though.
