CAR VIBRATES WHEN DRIVE WITH LOADED PASSEN

2000 Toyota Revo

Shakes or Wobbles problem
2000 Toyota Revo 4 cyl Two Wheel Drive Manual 106000 miles

My Revo GLX 2000 was repaired a week ago. Center bearing and cross joint was replaced. Since then I felt the vibration. I brought back the car and mechanic told me that they did a trial and error balancing of propeller shaft. I don't know what other things they did to my car 'coz when they sent it back to me, I felt vibration when I shift to 1st and 2nd gear. I can strongly feel it in the shaking handle of the manual transmission. Looking for the other opinion, I sent my car for wheel balancing and alignment. They found out that my two lower ball joints are already loose and got to be replaced. I am confused if the ball joints really caused the vibration. Please help me for the correct diagnosis and spend money for a repair where it should be. Other are suggesting to send the propeller shaft for balancing but still wondering why I feel the vibrating more when the car is loaded. Please help. Thanks.
