2003 Toyota Rav4 Chirping noise and water leaking

2003 Toyota Rav4 4 cyl All Wheel Drive Manual 160,00 miles
My vehicle has been chirping since the last oil change in January, seems more pronounced in warmer weather. Doesn't occur all of the time, and not when idling. A new problem started a week ago, I've noticed puddling underneath the front of the vehicle, odorless, clear liquid, likely water. Any ideas?
