After changing the timing chain where can I see the center on which the camshaft should be placed?

Hello,

I founds the timing chain replacement instructions with the camshaft and timing chain marks. This has VVT so make sure you get the actuator on correctly. Check out the diagrams (Below). Please let us know if you need anything else to get the problem fixed.

Just had a broken serpentine belt replaced on 2001 Rav4, now terrible noise coming from similar area, oil light is on, noise only starts when the car is being driven and can only be heard when going 15-45mph. Company wants us to pay for diagnostic and are guessing it might be timing chain. Is there a correlation to timing chain and serpentine belt? Possibly not tight enough or too loose? The car made no sound before the serpintine belt was replaced.

Thanks!
