2000 Toyota Rav4 anti freeze leak
Engine Cooling problem
2000 Toyota Rav4 4 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic 145000 miles
car is leaking anti freeze ,lft side of engine,,looks like behind the thermo stat , doesnt look like the inlet tube,,is there a freeze plug ? or could it be the water pump? i cant see up in there

Thank you for the donation.
Here is a daigram of the thermostat housing and water pump. If leakages are around the area, the most likey source would be the water pump and the O rings for the coolant by-pass pipe.
Without a visual, it is not possible to determine waht could be the cause. Get a strong light and a small mirror to try to located the source.
