1997 Toyota Rav4 Oil Leaks

1997 Toyota Rav4 4 cyl Four Wheel Drive Automatic 120500 miles
My 1997 RAV4 continuously has a small oil leak in the front right passenger side of the car. I have had the seals replaced twice and it still continues to leak. Is there some kind of special seal or some other fix I can try. My mechanic and myself are very confused.
