1997 Toyota Rav4 distributor seal replacement

1997 Toyota Rav4 4 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic 151780 miles
I noticed oil leak under engine, the mechanic decided that from distributor seal, the cost of fixing that about 115$ which shocked me?
what do u think is it fair?
