When I turn the key to start the vehicle, nothing happens. I replaced the battery, the starter relay fuse under the hood and used the clutch start cancel but it still has the same problem. When the key is turned it doesn't make any sounds like the starter is turning. I can roll start the vehicle.

Have helper Hold key in start position and look for power at the starter solenoid black/white wire power there bang on the starter if it kicks over replace the starter. No power at black/white wire check the starter relay jump female socket pin #1 and #2 and attempt to start.

No start disconnect the clutch switch at clutch pedal bracket, at the connector jump the black/red to black/white attempt to start-still no start test the ignition switch.
