1991 toyota pickup

I have a 91 toyota 4*4 with a 3.0 v6 and it acts like it isnt geting enough fule to the injectors it will run not much power and then it may not start i but a new fule pump on it a high dollor one and new fillters and a fule presure regulater. so what could it be

If you know how to do a back pressure check on the exhaust system to rule out the Catalytic Converter do so comeback with a reading of 2lbs below.

Further investigate the EGR and MAF sensor.
Any OBD1 codes. This problem can be a bear to find.
Last Tune-up?
