1988 Toyota Pickup Won't Start

Hi, I'm buying this truck and it turns over but will not start. It has been sitting up for about 9 months. What can I do to get it running so, I can get it to my house and out of the seller's yard. Thanks

Will have to check for fuel and spark to engine. Inspect plugs to see if they are receiving a bright blue spark. Check fuel pressure at rail for proper fuel pressure reading.

Post results and I will follow up.
