1986 Toyota Pickup Will not start

This truck is a fuel injected turbo engine. It appears to be getting fuel and fire to the spark plugs. But it does not appear to be firing or trying to start. Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated.

Could be jump timing-you need to check the valve and ignition timing.

Do this remove the distributor cap crank engine over is the rotor turning? If so put engine in its no.1 firing position and the rotor retry-
