Locking brakes?

HELP. I recently had my right brake line (right front tire) replaced. The right wheel was locking. The car did fine for a while afterwards. Then, went back to locking. I had someone else to help, they took off the main line that links with the brake resevoir off, and had me to gently pump my brake pedal twice. He said that brake fluid squirted out like it was under pressure. Is it possible that air could have got in accidently while the mechanic was changing the right line? PLEASE, PLEASE SOMEONE HELP. :o
