How do you adjust trevis pin so brakes would stop locking up when break pedal is released? What is happening is we changed the bake pads and when we drive our pickup truck, it feels like the brakes are always engaged. When we go to park our pickup truck their is a burning brake pad smell.

When operating the vehicle in reverse, apply the brakes sharply and the mechanism in the brake drums should adjust the brake pads to the proper tolerance. If you haven't operated your car in reverse much, and/or not had occasion to apply the brakes sharply while doing so, you may have to do this maneuver several times to free up the adjuster.

Post your results and I will follow up.
