1991 Toyota MR2 brake pedal pressure

Hello,
The problem I have is the brake pedal pressure while
sitting still goes to the floor. The only way to have any braking at all is to pump the brakes while comiing to
a stop. Now while sitting at a stop light with my foot on the brake the pedal slowly goes to the floor. The emergency brake cable broke a few months ago which I have not fixed yet. I don't think they are related
but I'm just guessing.

Thank You Jeff

Replace the master cylinder and make sure you bleed it-then start at R/R,L/R, R/F and L/F. from longest to shortest from the M/C.
