Hi joeybushman,

Thank you for the donation.

A Mass Air flow meter is used for your vehicle and if there are any vacumn leakages between the MAF and manifold, the idling speed would tend to drop and act as if it wants to stall.

As problem is affected by the brakes, check the idling syatem and idles speed adjustment first. Next test the brake booster for vacumn leakages when brakes are applied.

Does the brake pedal seem rather stiff if you depress the pedal the second time in quick succession? If yes, there should be some leakage.

With vehicle stopped, depress the brake pedal slowly and note if the idling speed drops.
