2003 Toyota Highlander Engine Overheating

2003 Toyota Highlander 4 cyl All Wheel Drive Automatic 120,00 miles
We have replace radiator, water pump, belt, and themostat and the engine is still overheating. We checked the oil and it looked normal. What could be causing the engine to overheat?
